Frosty’s Sweet Shoppe Stamp

Stamp, 12”x12”, Single Sheet

Frosty’s Sweet Shoppe captures the fun, playful, and nostalgic Christmas of our childhood. For those dreaming of a whimsical Christmas, the candy cane, snowmen, and lollipop are the pillar pieces to your enchanting holiday decor.

Tip: The candy cane elements in this stamp are perfectly scaled for thick borders around holiday word art for that Holiday candy store vibe.

Project Suggestions:

  • Upcycle thrifted trays into charming vintage holiday signs to lean against a wall in your kitchen.
  • Spruce up your living room by stamping this design on small decorative pillows for an adorable seasonal accent.
  • Create colorful treat boxes for baked goods by stamping vibrant reds onto kraft paper.
  • Use the snowmen as a focal point for  5”x7” holiday cards.
  • Frame the snowmen with large candy canes on a vertical wooden plank for your front door. Use the Letterpress stamp to add sayings that spread festive cheer like All Is Calm, All Is Bright or Have A Holly Jolly Christmas

Pair With:

  • Vintage Textures Stamp
  • Barnwood Planks Stamp
  • Letterpress Stamp

HOW TO PREP IOD STAMPS

Did you just get your very first set of IOD stamps - beyond exciting, right?!? But before you can get your hands dirty, you need to condition your stamps. You only need to do this once and then your stamps will be set for life.

Start by removing the acrylic sheet attached to the stamping side of the design, while leaving the stamps attached to their backing sheet. Using a fine grit sand block scuff or rough up the stamping surface. Lightly sand in one direction and then rotate the craft stamp 90 degrees and sand lightly in a different direction.

This helps the mediums stay put, and not bead (which some types, like ceramics glazes, tend to do). It also will give a cleaner impression.
