Shipping & Delivery:
When Rustic River Home dispatches you order, you will receive a notification by email with a tracking number. Should you want the parcel to be left unattended on delivery, please instruct us to do so on checkout. If you are not home and no instructions were received, the courier company will contact you for a re-delivery or a card will be left for you to collect it from your local Australia Post office.
Refund & Return Policy:
We have 30 days return policy on all items. Please contact us & return the item within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund.
