PENTART ANTIQUING
COLOURING
Pentart Antiquing Gel
Gel texture, extremely easy to apply and spread, to achieve an antique effect. The gel can be wiped back wet and the different colors can be layered on top of each other or even washed together. It can be used on both dark and light bases. We recommend it as a closing layer, primarily for furniture. Thanks to its wax emulsion content, it is water repellent and also protects the surface.
Pentart Antique Paste
Anti-caking pastes: Bituminous and orange oilSolvent-based thick paste for achieving an antique, vintage or metallic effect. It is excellent for highlighting surface cracks in various cracking varnishes. Apply the paste to the surface and wipe off the excess with a dry cloth or a cloth dipped in turpentine solvent.
Pentart Liquid Patina
Solvent-based anti-aging liquid to achieve an aged effect. Suitable for coloring surfaces and highlighting cracks in 3D patterns or fine-line cracking varnish. Carefully wipe the surface with a cloth dipped in the liquid patina. Remove the excess with turpentine solvent.
CRACKLING SYSTEMS
Pentart Crackle Medium
Water-based, one-component, transparent cracking varnish for creating antique, cracked surfaces. Paint the surface to be disintegrated with acrylic paint and then apply the cracking varnish. After drying, repaint the object with acrylic paint different from the base color. The crack varnish dries transparent, the top layer of paint cracks, and the base color is visible through the cracks. The depth and network of cracks depends on the thickness of the layers and the application technique
Pentart Fineline Crackle Varnish
Water-based, two-component cracking varnish, which creates fine, thin cracks similar to hairline cracks in old porcelain. Apply the 1st component evenly on the surface and let it dry completely. Then apply the 2nd component. The depth and network of cracks depends on the thickness of the layers and the application technique. The surface dries transparent, but not waterproof. Cracks can be highlighted with anti-coating paste or liquid patina. The surface is sealed with solvent varnish.
Pentart Classic Crackle Varnish
Water-based, two-component cracking varnish for creating antique, cracked surfaces. Apply the 1st component evenly on the surface and let it dry completely. Then apply the 2nd component. The depth and network of cracks depends on the thickness of the layers and the application technique. The surface dries transparent and waterproof. Cracks can be highlighted with anti-coating paste or liquid patina.
Pentart Cracking Paste
Water-based, two-component system for creating 3D, cracked surfaces. Apply the crack paste base in an even layer and let it dry completely. Then apply the crack paste. The depth and network of cracks depends on the thickness of the layers and the application technique. The white crack paste can be colored with pigment pastes.Metallic: Two-component, 3D cracking system in metallic colors. Apply the paste to the dried first component. The thickness of the paste affects the depth of the cracks and the shape of the cracks. Use a hair dryer to dry the paste.
Pentart Transparent Cracking Gel
A two-component, water-based system for creating cracked surfaces that dry to a bright, transparent finish. Apply the 1st component in an even layer on the clean surface and let it dry, then apply the 2nd component. The pattern and depth of the cracks depend on the direction of application and the layer thickness. The 2nd component can be stenciled, which allows us to create interesting cracked patterns. Excellent for glass decoration. By mixing Pentart Transparent coloring dispersion with the 2nd component, we can create spectacular colored cracks.
PATINA EFFECT
Pentart Patina Effect Set
The set contains 3 reagents and 1 patina effect powder for creating patina surfaces. Apply a light-colored paste, such as primer paste orTacky self-adhesive drying glue to the base layer, evenly on the surface. Then gently press the very fine particles into the base so that the powder adheres properly. Be careful notto use too much powder or mix it into the base coat. Then alternately drop the 3 reagents on top. Gently mix the reagents with a soft-bristled brushwhere two different reagents meet. The reaction starts immediately, but the final result will be visible after 24 hours. It is worth trying the process before applying it to the object to be decorated
Pentart Patina Paint Effect Set
A set of 5 water-based acrylic paints to achieve a patina effect. First, apply a layer of anticrez color, then paint the different shades of blue on it. Leave certain areasfree where the anticrose color can be seen.
RUST EFFECT
Pentart Rust Effect Set
The set contains 3 reagents and 1 rust effect powder for creating rusty surfaces. You can mix the rust effect powder into foundation paste or iron paste, or sprinkle iton Tacky self-adhesive drying glue, as well as on the surface of wet pastes, paints, and gels. Then alternately drop the 3 reagents on top. Gently wash the reagents there with a soft-bristled brush. The reaction starts immediately, but the final result will be visible after 24 hours. It is worth trying the process before applying it to the object to be decorated.
Pentart Rust Effect Paint Set
A set containing 4 water-based acrylic paints and a 3D powder to achieve a rust effect. Apply the paint alternately from light to darker shades until the desired effect is achieved. Sprinkle the powder on the still-wet paint, then gently press it in with a brush and paint over it from above, so you can imitate the structured surface of rust.
Pentart Liquid Rust
A liquid suitable for the formation of runny rust spots. Paint stripes and spots on the surface with a thin brush.
